The Creative Process.

Hot Tips from a 16 year old aka my brother, Trevor, on how to put out creative content 🔥

➡️ Vimeo Link in case #technical issues :)

My little brother is 16.

He is absolutely obsessed with music. So far, he’s learned how to play guitar, piano, violin, and bass. He writes lyrics. He produces songs.

He is the most disciplined creator I know.

Trevor sets an alarm for every other night at 8:55pm. When the alarm goes off, he dedicates just 20 minutes to practicing, recording, and posting a cover to his social accounts.

Earlier this week, somehow his screamo cover of “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” by Shawn Mendes got 200,000+ views, 600+ comments, and 19K shares 😹

Young Trev shares some of his favorite advice for content creators to keep on keepin’ on 💪

Best Advice You’ve Heard?

“I love this quote from Ryan Tedder. He said, ‘Work and effort beat out talent 100% of the time,’ which I love because I don’t think I’m that talented, but I feel like I work hard” 💀

What’s Your Advice to Creators?

“Just do what you like and then..just like…post it…even if you’re scared 👻…like oh no, it’s bad and people won’t like it…if you like it, that’s all that really matters.” 🥰🥰🥰
